These animals officers must be patient and benevolent towards all animals. I can not imagine how cruel some people to treat animals. Violators use chain to fasten dogs' neck that cause its neck a wound. I don't know why they could do such a cruel and imhuman things. May be they are sick or no ideas how to take care of thier animals. Therefore, I think the animals group should be set up and to find solutions to solve the kind of animals abuse. Such as to educate people how to treat well to animals by speeching around or on TV program.
If these violators could stand the position of animals, may be they would not harm animals. We should pay more love to animals nomatter dogs, cats or others.
